Vinny “Que” Harbor ran track and cross country for DACC Hall of Fame Coach Terry Hill from 1992-1994. She is also a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Athletic Hall of Fame. Que now resides in Rantoul, IL and is involved with coaching track.
