Cross Country Competes at ONU Invite

Cameron Helka Finishes in Top 50

BOURBONNAIS, ILLINOIS - Both the Men's and Women's Cross Country teams competed this past weekend at the Olivet Nazarene University Fall Invitational.

During the men's race, the top runner was Cameron Helka with a time of 18:37 finishing in the top 50 at 48th overall place.

Lenox Li placed 57th with a time of 19:17 and right behind him and 58th overall was David Enjambre with a time of 19:18.5.

Other team members include Ethan Barnes at 67th place with a time of 20:18.4; Michael Moreman at 70th Pl. with a time of 20:33.4 and Ben Dowers in 80th Pl. with a timer for 25:00.

For the women's race, the top female finisher for DACC was Grace Davis placing 71st with a time of 23:21 and Madison Bilstad finished and 95th overall with a time of 26:48

The event was a larger contest, hosting 13 teams at Olivet Nazarene University. The Jaguars will be back in action on October 16th when they head to Bradley University.
