Cross Country Finishes Season at Region 24 Championships

Cameron Helka Leads Jaguars in Final Meet

VINCENNES, INDIANA - Cross Country finished their season at the Region 24 Championships hosted by Vincennes University with the course at South Knox Jr. Sr. High School.

Cameron Helka was the top finisher for the Jaguars finishing 8th overall with a time of 30:00 in the 8k race.

Following Helka by a 9th place finish by Ricky Oakley with a time of 30:12 and Lenox Li finished 11th with a time of 30:35.

More place finishers for the Jaguars included Ethan Barnes at 33:28; Michael Moreman at 33:47; David Enjambre at 34:18 and Ben Dowers at 40:08

On the Women's end, Grace Davis finished in 11th place with a time of 22:57 and Madison Bilstad finished with a time of 26:50.

Unfortunately, the Jaguars did not qualify for the 2020 NJCAA National Championships despite running national qualifying times earlier this season.

The Jaguars concluded the 2020 season, and look to move forward into their off season.
