Women's Basketball Wins at Home over Snappers

DANVILLE, ILLINOIS - The Women's Basketball team hosted the Snappers on March 25th in a Thursday night contest. The Snappers had been struggling as of late, holding a 1-16 record coming into the contest. The Jaguar were able to capitalize over the Snappers and continue their winning streak to two games and improve their record 6-12 on the year.

Leading the Jaguar offense was Freshman Riley Dowers. Dowers added 18 points in the contest to assist her 6 rebounds. Freshman Alexus Mobley chipped in with 13 to help the Jaguars as well.

The Jaguars will now switch gears and prepare for the Region 24 tournament as they head into post season play. Danville will have to wait to hear on their opponent in the next coming days.
