Lady Jaguars Lose to Lewis and Clark

Wiley Tallies Double Double in Loss

DANVILLE, ILLINOIS - The Lady Jaguars were leading into half by eight, but managed to get outscored by the trailblazers in the 3rd quarter 17-6. Although, the Lady Jaguars showed a valiant effort in the fourth quarter scoring 21 points, the Trail Blazers locked in the victory over the Jaguars by the final score of 58-55. The loss brings the Jaguars over all record to 5-12 and 0-5 in conference. The Trail Blazers improved to 10-11 on the season.

In the loss, Lauryn Wiley accumulated a double-double, scoring 17 and adding 11 rebounds. Maria Falanga chipped in with 14 and Rachel Spencer added a modest 10.

The Jaguars are back in action on Saturday, February 15th when they hit the road to take on Illinois Central. They squad will be back at home on February 19th when they host Lincoln Land.
