Women's Golf Nearing the End of the Fall Season

Match at Millikin faced with many opponents

DECATUR, ILLINOIS - The Lady Jaguar golf team traveled to the South Side Country Club in Decatur, Illinois, to play against some tough opponents on Friday, September 23rd. Some of those included Illinois Wesleyan University, Hanover College, Millikin University, Rend Lake Community College, St. Mary-of-the-Woods College, and Fontbonne University.

The small group of three didn't perform as well as they hoped. Cassadi Parks scored a 206 total, Payton Armstrong scored a 242 total, and Aimee Pickel scored a 243 total. Matches like these though, are the ones that will help the team prepare for the spring and get more experience under their belts.

They will head to Plymouth, Indiana to Marian University's Ancilla College on Thursday, September 29th.
