Jaguars Win in Thrilling Fashion, Brummett Erupts with 25

Brummett Racks up 25, Nails Winning Point in OT

DANVILLE, ILLINOIS - The Jaguars remain unbeaten in 2020 as they take down Kankakee in a thrilling overtime victory by the final score of 90-87. The Jaguars have won the last three contests and continue to improve through the young 2020 year.

Play of the Game: 19 seconds left on the clock, time winding down, Malik Parker holding onto the ball waiting to run the final play.... Dish out to Armon Brummett and he sinks the final dagger into the Cavaliers as the Jaguars reclaimed their throne on their home court.

Brummett led the Jaguar offense with 25 points, Bailey Dee continued to play well and added 20, Daylen Williams chipped in with 16 and big defensive help, and Malik Parker added a quiet but powerful 11 points in the contest.

Coach Gouard, "We battled through adversity and it was nice to get a win over a team who beat us earlier in the year. Although the game was close, we had some opportunities that we could have capitalized on more effectively, but regardless our guys came to play and pulled out a nice win"
