Jaguars take Early Lead over Pioneers and Never Look Back

Davis-Williams Leads Jaguars with 19 Points

DANVILLE, ILLINOIS - It was a typical Saturday Night for the Jaguars as they continue to put pressure on the teams they face and come out on the winning end. Danville was tough offensively with 6 Jaguar players contributing with double digit points.

Leading the Jaguar offensive was Sophomore Daylen Davis-Williams. Williams is the Jaguars returning All-American from a season ago, and he contributed with 19 points on the day. Sophomore Drew Reifsteck tallied 14 points along with 2 steals. Freshman Stephen Atkinson added 12. Sophomore Ahmoni Westin tackled 11 points in the contest. Kendall Taylor and Dameriz Merriweather chipped in with 10 a piece.

Jaguars now improve their record to 4-1 and are currently on a four game winning streak.

Danville will now shift their focus when they travel to Vincennes University in a Wednesday Night showdown event.
