Jaguars Lose to John Wood, Host Parkland Wednesday to Close Out Regular Season

Parker Tallies 24, Jaguars Look to Bounce Back

DANVILLE, ILLINOIS - The Jaguars were hot during their recent contests, but the Blazers had plans on cooling them down. The Jaguars trailed at half by 9 and could never regain or build their momentum heading into the final half. The Jaguars would end up losing the contest by the final score of 84-71. Coach Gouard and company find themselves needing to capture a victory over rival foe Parkland on Wednesday in order to secure a solid seed heading into the Region 24 Championship Tournament.

Malik Parker was stellar tonight as he led the offense with 24 points, Bailey Dee and Armon Brummett recorded 12 a piece.

The Jaguars will host Parkland on Wednesday, February 26th beginning after the women's game at 7:30.
