Rylee Dowers joined the Danville Area Community College coaching staff in August of 2024 as an Assistant Coach on the women's basketball team. Rylee is from Cayuga, Indiana where she went to North Vermillion High School before attending DACC and playing on the women's basketball from 2021-2024. She has also coached girl's basketball at North Vermillion High School in 2021.

Coach Dowers graduated from DACC in May of 2024 with her Associate's Degree, and is now in cosmetology school to get her license.
