DACC to Host National Tournament for 28th Year
Danville Area Community College and the city of Danville will again host the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division II Men's National Basketball Tournament at the DACC campus April 20 - 24th , 2021. Tournament pairings will not be available until later in March. The top 8 teams will be seeded by the Division II Men's Basketball Committee via teleconference once all district champions are determined. The remaining 8 teams will be placed on the bracket by blind draw. Each college will play a minimum of two games in the tournament. Teams playing more than two games will determine first through eighth place. This year marks the 28th year that Danville has hosted the tournament and the 37th year of the tournament.

Tuesday, April 20th, 2021:
9:00 & 11:00 a.m. morning session
1:00 & 3:00 p.m. afternoon session
6:30 & 8:30 p.m. evening session
Wednesday, April 21st , 2021:
11:00 a.m., 1:00 & 3:00 p.m. morning/afternoon session
6:00 & 8:00 p.m. evening session
Thursday, April 22nd, 2021:
11:00 a.m., 1:00 & 3:00 p.m. morning/afternoon session
6:00 & 8:00 p.m. evening session
Friday, April 23rd, 2021:
9:00 & 11:00 a.m. morning session
1:00 & 3:00 p.m. afternoon session
6:30 & 8:30 p.m. evening session
Saturday, April 24th, 2021:
Noon & 2:00 p.m. afternoon session
5:30 & 7:30 p.m. evening session
 Tickets are $5.00 per game. Children 6 and under are free for all games. Tickets sold at the door only. Visa, Master Card and Discover accepted.

A 50/50 Raffle in conjunction with the tournament. Tickets cost $1 each. The winning ticket will be drawn Saturday April 24th, during the championship game. Raffle participants need not be present to win. All proceeds from the raffle will support DACC athletic programs.
