DANVILLE, IL- It was an all out effort for Danville Women's Basketball Wednesday evening as the Lady Jaguars added another one to the win column against Lewis & Clark Community College.

Danville (14-4) hosted Lewis & Clark (3-14) in a conference matchup in the Mary Miller Gymnasium, and the Jaguars held onto their early first quarter lead and never let up. Their 23 points in the first quarter helped propel them ahead by 9 going into the second quarter. An additional 13 points in the second gave them the 36-28 lead at the half. Danville had their largest lead of the game with just under four minutes remaining in the third quarter when they were up by 18, and their 50% field goal percentage in the fourth quarter pushed them to the 73-65 victory over the Trailblazers. The Jaguars outrebounded the Blazers 45-36, and had 16 assists compared to Lewis & Clark's 12.
